Refund Policy

1. Applicants shall be entitled to a full refund on receiving their official written notice under the following conditions;
   
   
   1. IAB fails, for any reason, to commence the course on the commencement date.
      
      
   2. IAB is proven to be in material breach of its obligations under the student contract.
      
      
   3. IAB terminates the program prior to its completion (For the unconsumed portion of term fees)
      
      


2. When applicants withdraw from the program other than those conditions set out above, IAB shall allow refunds in accordance with the following schedule and percentage of tuition fees:
   
   
   1. If written notice of withdrawal is received more than fourteen (14) days before the program commencement date = 100%
      
      
   2. If written notice of withdrawal is received before, but not more than fourteen (14) days before the commencement date = 50% after deducting an administrative fee of SGD1500.
      
      
   3. If written notice of withdrawal is received after, but not more than three (3) days after the commencement date = 10% after deducting an administrative fee of SGD1500
      
      
   4. If written notice of withdrawal is received more than three (3) days after the commencement date = 0% (No refund)
      
      


3. In cases of deferment of study, they will not be allowed to any refund of tuition fees paid for any reason before or after the commencement of program.
