Admission

1. Photocopy of Passport
   
   
   1. Clear photocopy of photo, personal data and signature and extension of expiry pages are to be submitted)
      
      


2. Highest Education Certificate and Transcripts
   
   
   1. Clear and certified True Copy of the certificate and transcript are to be submitted. If applicant’s name is different from passport in any of the documents, an affidavit is required to prove that it is the same person)
      
      


3. Medical Report
   
   
   1. Include “Both ‘HIV Free’ and ‘Free of Drug Abuse’ wordings must be clearly shown on the report” after the existing remark.
      
      


4. Applicants Photo
   
   
   1. 10 pieces of 4 cm x 6 cm passport sized photos on RED background
      
      


5. Curriculum Vitae
   
   
   1. Standard IAB Curriculum Vitae complete with passport sized photo and testimonials to be submitted
      
      


6. IAB Enrolment Form
   
   
   1. The IAB Enrolment Form must be signed and all entries in the form must be completed.
      
      


7. Marriage Certificate
   
   
   1. Certified True Copy of the certificate is to be submitted if applicant is married.
      
      


8. Translated Documents
   
   
   1. Documents in other languages are required to be translated to English by Notary Public together with a photocopy of the original.
