Enrolment Procedures

1. Pre-enrolment due diligence
   1. Prospective students are to read and understand the enrolment process and terms and conditions for application stipulated in IAB’s official website and student contract before submitting their application.
      
      
2. Application for enrolment
   1. Complete Enrolment Form with all supporting documentation as per the IAB enrolment documents checklist and submit your application via or IAB’s authorised agencies together with the Registration Fee payment to IAB bank account.

3. Letter of Offer
   1. Upon receipt of complete application documents and Registration Fee payment, IAB will assess the application and advise applicant of outcome. An official receipt of payment will be issued by IAB to applicant.
      
      
   2. IAB may request for more information and documents in support of the application. If accepted, IAB will e-mail an official Letter of Offer with pre-enrolment documentation including a Student Contract to applicant for signature.
      
      
4. Acceptance of Offer
   1. On accepting the offer, applicant needs to sign the Letter of Offer and Student Contract and email back to IAB via or IAB’s authorised agency.
      
      
   2. Applicant is to make full payment of the Tuition Fee to IAB bank account.. An official receipt of payment will be issued by IAB to applicant.
      
      
   3. On receipt of Tuition Fee payment, IAB will issue an official Letter of Acceptance notifying applicant of the specific course of study as well as a pre-departure checklist.
      
      
5. Confirmation of Enrolment
   1. IAB will officially notify the student that they have been accepted for a specific course of study.
      
      
   2. A copy of the Confirmation of Enrolment will be sent directly to the student or their local representative, as well as a pre-departure check-list.
      
      
6. Student Visa Application and Collection
   1. IAB will proceed with the Student Visa application with the Indonesia Immigration Authority. On approval, IAB will email a copy of the student visa in-principle-approval issued by the Indonesia Immigration Authority to applicant. Applicant needs to bring along this document and go to the Indonesia Embassy in Singapore for collection of the student visa.

   3. Only after the student collects the Student Visa is the applicant considered an official student of IAB. The student visa will be valid for one year and is renewable annually.
      
      
7. Travel Arrangements
   1. Students or their local representatives, should book their travel arrangements once they receive their Confirmation of Enrolment
      
      
   2. An IAB handbook will be sent as an introduction and orientation for the student’s study and living in Bintan Resort Island.
